This User Agreement sets forth the valid terms and binding rules that govern all behaviors of users accessing and using the Knott application. This lightweight local AI virtual scarf try-on application is designed for iOS devices and provides users with local portrait try-on, style matching, content generation and local work management services. By downloading, installing and using this application, all users fully acknowledge and unconditionally agree to accept all terms and rules stipulated in this User Agreement.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes relevant content in the application. Therefore, the application does not collect any facial data of users in any form.
Knott is a no-login application. Users can open and use all core functional services of the application without registering any user account or submitting any personal identification information. All service execution and data processing links of the application rely entirely on local device operation and local AI computing capabilities, and no private user data will be transmitted to any external environment throughout the whole process.
Knott provides users with one-stop local AI virtual scarf try-on services, including local portrait uploading, built-in scarf style selection, custom scarf material uploading, local AI image fusion try-on, static try-on image generation, silent motion clip generation and local work storage and management. All image fitting calculation, dynamic video rendering and content generation are completed through local device AI operation without any external participation. The whole service process does not involve the collection of any user facial information, and all facial related data only participates in real-time local calculation and will not be retained by the application.
All functions and services of Knott are only for users' personal non-commercial daily use. Users shall not use the application's functions and generated content for commercial promotion, profit-making activities, illegal publicity and other non-personal behaviors. Users shall not copy, modify, disassemble or repackage the application program and local AI algorithm model for unauthorized use.
Users confirm that all portrait images and custom scarf materials uploaded by themselves are legally obtained and have legitimate usage rights. Users shall bear full responsibility for all uploaded content and generated works, and the application does not collect, retain or obtain any uploaded content and facial information contained therein.
All content generated during the use of Knott including user uploaded portraits, custom scarf materials, try-on static images, silent motion clips and local operation cache data are all stored in the independent local storage space of the user's iOS device. The application does not set up any external data storage channels. All user facial information and portrait content only exist on the user's local device, and the application never collects, transmits or backs up any facial data.
Users have full independent management rights for all local data of the application. Users can preview, save to local photo album, share or delete local works at any time, and can clear local cache data independently. After the user actively deletes any local content containing facial information, the corresponding data will be completely and permanently erased from the device, and no residual facial data will be retained.
Users shall use Knott in compliance with public order and good customs and relevant usage norms, and shall not use the application to upload illegal, inappropriate, obscene, violent and other prohibited content. Users shall be solely responsible for all content uploaded, generated and shared through the application, and shall bear all consequences arising from improper user operation.
Users shall properly protect their device access rights and local application data. The application shall not be responsible for local data leakage caused by user's improper equipment management, unauthorized sharing of local works and other user subjective behaviors. Since the application does not collect any user facial data and private information, it will not bear any data risk responsibilities unrelated to local device operation.
Knott adopts a local coin gating mechanism for core generation functions. Generating try-on static images and silent motion clips requires consuming corresponding quantities of application coins. All coin balance data and consumption records are only stored locally on the user's device, and no consumption data will be uploaded externally. The coin consumption and function activation process do not involve any collection of user facial information.
The application provides consumable coin package purchase services and auto-renewing subscription services. Users can purchase subscription services to obtain exclusive subscription coins for unlocking functional usage rights. Subscription authority verification and subscription coin quota management are all completed locally on the user's device.
Subscription coins issued during the valid subscription period are only used for the user's local functional experience. All unconsumed subscription coins will automatically become invalid after the subscription expires, and no retention or refund mechanism will be provided. All subscription service links do not involve the collection and storage of user facial information and personal private data.
All intellectual property rights of Knott including application program code, local AI algorithm model, built-in scarf style resources, interface design and functional framework are exclusively owned by the application developer. Users only obtain a limited personal non-commercial usage right during the use of the application, and no right of ownership, modification, secondary development and commercial authorization is granted.
Users' independently generated try-on works belong to the users personally. However, users shall not use the generated works for commercial profit behaviors. The application's built-in style resources and algorithm technology are protected by intellectual property laws, and any unauthorized imitation, copying and commercial use is prohibited.
The developer reserves the right to optimize, upgrade and adjust the application functions, interface display and algorithm rules according to product iteration needs. The application may push local version updates to fix functional bugs, optimize try-on effects and improve user experience.
All version updates and function optimizations still adhere to the local processing principle. After the update, all user data is still stored locally on the device. The update and maintenance process will not trigger any collection behavior of user facial information and local private data.
The developer will try its best to maintain the stability and fluency of the application's local operation. Due to the limitations of device performance, system version compatibility and local computing environment, individual try-on effect differences and functional jitter may occur, which belong to normal technical phenomena.
The developer shall not be liable for any data loss caused by user's active deletion of local content, device failure, system flashback and manual uninstallation of the application. Since the application does not collect or back up any user facial data and local works, it cannot provide data recovery services for actively deleted content.
The developer shall not be liable for any loss caused by users' improper use of the application beyond the agreed scope, violation of usage rules and unauthorized commercial operation.
The developer reserves the right to modify and adjust the terms of this User Agreement according to product operation and service iteration needs. The adjusted agreement terms will be displayed on the application setting page. Users' continued use of the application after the term update is deemed as recognition and acceptance of the new agreement terms.
