These Subscription Terms formally define the rules, benefits, billing mechanism and usage specifications of auto-renewing subscription services provided by Knott. This application is a lightweight local AI virtual scarf try-on tool for iOS devices, and all subscription services only provide functional authority and benefit support for users' personal local use. Subscribing to any membership plan means users fully understand and unconditionally accept all rules stated in these terms.
Knott adopts a local processing mode for all subscription service verification and benefit activation. All subscription authority identification, benefit unlocking and quota statistics are completed through local device calculation. No user private data is required to complete subscription authentication and service activation.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes relevant content in the application. Therefore, the application does not collect any facial data of users in any form during subscription service use.
Knott provides three standard auto-renewing subscription plans for users to choose independently, including monthly subscription, semi-annual subscription and annual subscription. All plans unlock the same core subscription benefits, with differences only in service cycle and long-term usage cost. All subscription cycles are calculated based on natural time units and take effect immediately after successful payment.
The monthly subscription plan is a short-term renewable service with a valid cycle of one natural month. After successful purchase, users can enjoy all exclusive subscription benefits within the current month. The plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless users actively cancel the auto-renewal service in advance.
The semi-annual subscription plan has a valid cycle of six consecutive natural months. This plan is suitable for users with medium and long-term usage needs. It follows the same auto-renewal rule as the monthly plan and will automatically renew upon cycle expiration if no active cancellation is performed by users.
The annual subscription plan has a valid cycle of twelve consecutive natural months, which is the longest available subscription cycle of Knott. This plan supports long-term stable use of application subscription benefits and implements the same auto-renewal mechanism as other subscription plans.
All three subscription plans provide identical exclusive functional benefits, which are locally activated and verified by the application. All benefit usage records are only stored on the user's local device, and the benefit activation and usage process will not collect any user facial information or local private data. The specific exclusive benefits are as follows.
Subscribed users will receive an official exclusive coin bundle in every valid billing period corresponding to their subscription plan. The allocated coin quota is specially provided for subscribed members, offering more cost-effective functional usage compared with purchasing single coin packages separately. All coin bundle distribution is completed through local device verification, and the coin bundle distribution process does not collect any user facial information or local private data.
Subscribed users are exempted from all strict daily usage quantity limits set for free users. Within the valid subscription period, users can complete scarf try-on image generation and silent motion clip production more freely without being restricted by the basic daily usage quota for ordinary users. All functional operations rely on local AI computing, and all generated works are only stored locally on the user's device.
The subscription coins obtained from each billing cycle's coin bundle can be used to consume and unlock two core functional services of the application, including generating AI virtual scarf try-on static images and producing silent try-on motion videos. All coin deduction and function unlocking processes are verified and recorded locally on the user's device, and the entire coin consumption process will not collect any user facial information and usage data.
Subscribed users can enjoy priority official customer service support. For all function consultation, usage problem feedback and service related questions submitted by subscribed users, the official team will provide targeted reply and solution processing with priority efficiency, so as to ensure users' smooth use of local AI try-on functions and subscription benefits.
All subscription coins included in the periodic coin bundles are only valid for the current billing period. Any unused residual subscription coins will automatically expire and become invalid immediately when the user's current subscription plan period ends. No unused subscription coins can be accumulated or carried over to the next billing cycle.
No cash refund, point replacement or other equivalent compensation will be provided for expired subscription coins. Users are advised to reasonably arrange the use of subscription coins within the valid period. The coin expiration judgment and data clearing process are all completed locally on the user's device, and the application does not collect or retain any related user data and facial information.
The subscription plan provides exclusive periodic coin bundles for users' daily use of core functions. All subscription coins are only applicable to the local try-on image and motion video generation functions of Knott, and cannot be used for any offline or third-party service consumption.
All unconsumed subscription coins will automatically become invalid after the user's subscription period expires. No residual subscription coins can be accumulated to the next billing cycle, and no cash refund or equivalent replacement will be provided for invalid coins. The whole subscription coin issuance and consumption process is completed locally, and the application does not collect any user facial information and usage data related to coin use.
All subscription plans of Knott adopt the auto-renewal mechanism by default. The subscription service will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and the corresponding subscription fee will be deducted through the user's official payment channel bound by the device.
Users can actively cancel the auto-renewal service at any time through the subscription management entrance in the application setting page. After successful cancellation, the current subscription service will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle, and the system will not automatically deduct fees and renew the service in the next cycle.
No refund will be provided for the remaining valid time of the current subscription period after users cancel the auto-renewal service or terminate the subscription manually. All service rights and interests will be automatically terminated upon the expiration of the current cycle.
The exclusive benefits of subscription services are only applicable to the personal non-commercial use of the Knott application. All subscription functional rights and interests are bound to the local device usage environment and do not support cross-device migration, transfer, resale or commercial authorization.
The subscription benefits only cover the core functional privileges specified in these terms. No additional implicit benefits beyond the agreement content will be provided. The application will optimize and adjust the local AI try-on effect and functional experience according to product iteration, but will not change the basic subscription benefit rules without notification.
All subscription service experience and benefit use are based on local device operation, and the application never collects, stores or transmits user facial data and private usage information.
The developer reserves the right to adjust and optimize these Subscription Terms according to product operation and service iteration needs. The updated terms will be synchronously displayed on the application setting page. Users' continued use of subscription services after the term update is deemed as automatic recognition and acceptance of the new terms.
